This discussion panel will cover common criteria and considerations for early career awards. The discussion aims to be relevant for those at all stages of their career! Early career scientists: this will provide you with considerations that often impact what it means to be a competitive applicant as an early career scientist. Many of these considerations can have benefits beyond early career awards and can help jump start your career! Mid-career and Later-career scientists: this panel will touch on how you can leverage your expertise and experiences to not only foster and shape the direction of the field via early career scientist, but also how to collaborate with early career scientist and the benefits therein.
